kWantera is a venture-backed startup company dedicated to getting customers the best price on electricity and natural gas. Our team of quantitative energy market analysts work with our Big Data analytics platform to analyze and react to changing market conditions. We focus both on the physical buying of power (electricity) as well as the automated trading of energy-related financial instruments.

kWantera delivers timely and intelligent market data to every business in the United States affected by electricity and natural gas prices- which means almost every business. We are seeking a Graphic and Web Design Intern to support the roll out of a tech platform that will deliver our predictive analytics to the world.

• Position responsibilities include:
• Helping to develop our branding and style across media channels
• Enhancing data visualizations and facilitate customer understanding of data
• Working with software engineers to develop interface enhancements
• Supporting UI/UX development of online app
• Contributing new ideas for product improvement and market activities

The successful Graphic and Web Design Intern will be eager to learn and be able to adapt to a variety of tasks that will improve the look and feel of kWantera within the marketplace.
