Job Description

We’re looking for our first full-time Customer Success Hero to join our growing startup. Our ideal hire is someone who is passionate about eCommerce, cares about customers and is eager to become an expert on LemonStand and grow their career.

Qualifications

  • You'll be a product expert in all areas. You'll spend most of your days sending timely, human replies to questions via email, but you’ll also create helpful videos, craft documentation, field phone calls, and offer guided tours. 
  • You'll work one-on-one with customers and partners, helping them to get the most out of LemonStand. You might wing unplanned Skype calls and live screen-shares, or schedule meetings to talk about unique use cases. 
  • We don't hold you to empty policies or procedures. We expect you to always act in the best interest of the customer. You’ll be given the autonomy and the responsibility to do what’s right for the customer. 
  • We’re sticklers about customer experience. We’re always refining and polishing the product and process to perfection. As someone on the front line, your understanding of the product and our customers is incredibly valuable. You’ll regularly chat with the product team to make sure we’re getting it right.

About You:

  • You have at least 2 years of web design/development experience with HTML and CSS and responsive design, with the portfolio to prove it.
  • You love helping others succeed.
  • You are naturally curious, driven to grow then share what you've learned with others.
  • You are patient and a great listener.
  • You are an excellent communicator, fluent in written and spoken English.
  • You anticipate problems and proactively identify solutions.
  • You take initiative and ownership and need little supervision.
