Job Description

Line2 is a growing company that empowers its product team to create the best products on the market. As part of the Product Management team, you will play a significant role in the growth and advancement of the entire company and your contributions will be readily visible both inside and outside of the organization.

• Own the product management for some of Line2's award-winning iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, and web apps and service-side components

• Identify opportunities to innovate for our customers and business

• Translate opportunities into a logically-sequenced product and feature roadmap

• Write product requirements for new products and features.

• Project manage the implementation of new products and features, including top level management of engineering schedules and milestones.

• Provide input to the team on resource negotiation, managing workloads, and setting schedules

• Create buy-in for the product vision

• Collaborate with team to define a world-class customer experience

• Incorporate validated learning into product roadmap and iterate

• Research competitors’ products, assesses competitive advantages and determine what product features and functionality will be built to meet user needs and achieve differentiation.


Qualifications

• Prefer 2+ years directly relate work experience in the technology industry, preferably within the mobile or communication space

• Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as to handle multiple concurrent assignments, work independently, and assume personal responsibility for deliverables

• Ability to effectively manage new projects, existing maintenance, shifting priorities, and multiple tasks

• Ability to gather user and business requirements and convert them into a winning product vision

• Self-directed and well organized and detail oriented

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum process and tools (JIRA)

• BS in computer science, engineering or other technical discipline (preferred)
