Job Description

lm group is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist for its People team based in Chiasso.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage training requests and budgets for each function across the group

  • Carry out the training needs analysis to understand the gap between expectations / detected skills

  • Contribute to the design and development of the new learning platform

  • Manage, develop and maintain the company induction and supporting materials

  • Contribute to the development of the policies and the processes of People Development and the Talent Management

  • Manage and promote the e-Learning platform and course content aligned to the needs of the business

 

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Degree in Humanities/Economic Sciences or similar fields;

  • 4/5 years of experience in Training & Development function, acquired in multinational companies connoted by a strong and evolved culture HR;

  • Past experience in the implementation of performance management system, talent management processes and training;

  • Fluent knowledge of English;

  • Enthusiasm, dynamism and goal-oriented skills

  • A team player, with strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Attention to detail, proactivity and problem solving skills

  • High level of reliability, open minded attitude and curiosity towards new ways to enhance the quality of existing processes
