lm group is looking for a Reporting Developer for its Business Intelligence department based in Chiasso.
analyse original needs and concerns of business stakeholders to develop and evangelize the use of reports to make informed decisions
support colleagues and business stakeholders with training and fine tuning of existing reports
consolidate existing reporting services to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Development of existing and creation of new reports
Being an entry point and effective support for company users on their reporting/data needs
Close cooperation with the Data Warehouse Product Owner in order to provide data requirements and perform user acceptance test
Close cooperation with business users in order to address their reporting needs
Skills and Experience
Ability to understand business needs on data from all levels of the organization
Ability to understand and document data flows
Ability to understand and enforce data visualization best practices and concepts
Proficiency in general purpose reporting tools (TIBCO Spotfire, QlikView, Tableau, SAP BO in order of priority)
Proficiency in SQL
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (the second being a plus)
Proven experience of end users training and support
Bachelor or master level degree preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics or a business-related major, such as Economics, Finance, or Accounting
Fluent in Italian and English
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
Previous experiences with TIBCO Spotfire
Previous experiences on digital marketing analytics
