Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Customer Acquisition, to be based in Chiasso or Szczecin and reporting to our Head of Product Customer Acquisition to join us.

This role will be responsible for driving the Product Vision and Strategy in the area of Customer Acquisition (Marketing Landing Pages) for all websites and brands, working closely together with the Marketing teams, in an agile, OKR-driven, fast-paced organisation with the goal of enabling a personalized and connected user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define vision, strategy and detailed roadmap for our digital products on the Customer Acquisition area, maximizing monetization through marketing channels like SEO, SEM, CRM, Display Advertising

  • Lead a small team of Product Owners & drive the translation of the product strategy into concepts, support operational product delivery by leading the Product Owners in specifying epics & user stories, determining business value and defining priorities with a strong focus on goal achievement

  • Drive strategy definition working closely with the entire Product organisation and key stakeholders of the Marketing function

  • Continuously improve and optimize our website via an agile user-centric approach:

    • Identify new opportunities based on customer problems and needs by analysing data, conducting user research in strong collaboration with UX

    • Define and validate product concepts and continuously measure and learn by analysing KPIs

  • Make data driven decisions and also drive innovation with creativity and intuition

  • Continually improve the agile & customer centric ways of working (Product Discovery & Product Delivery)

Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years professional experience in an agile multinational business environment as a Product Manager / Product Owner

  • Proven experience in managing and steering successful global Product Development Teams, experience in a leadership role is a plus

  • Skilled at working effectively with international cross-functional teams

  • Ability to steer other Product Owners from a functional and leadership role

  • Strong know-how in Product Management in the area of Customer Acquisition / Landing Pages (paid & non-paid channels) with the ability to define strategies to achieve goals

  • Solid end-to-end understanding of Digital and eCommerce business and technical understanding including a high-level understanding of MKTG Tech

  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art product management methods including product discovery, design thinking and product delivery methods

  • Knowledge and experience in conversion optimisation, UX design and research from a product management perspective

  • Experience with web analytics software such as Google analytics, familiarity with A/B testing and strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and willingness to travel is a must
