Job Description

We are looking for a Process & Quality Manager for  our Business Process and Quality team based in Chiasso.

The candidate will be responsible for the continuous improvement of product and content offering on our websites, managing cross countries projects with the help and direct management of an international team.

The candidate will be known for creativity and innovation, but also for rigorous testing, measurement and iteration to improve results continuously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage geographical content (destinations, keywords, mapping…) in our platform, working side by side with trading teams to understand business needs and requirements and with product team to guarantee the evolution and best implementation of tools and platform

  • Overview hotel content projects, in cooperation with product team, in order to offer the best and most inspiring combination of pictures, descriptions and information to our customers

  • Contribute to the management of cross country projects and business processes aimed to increase our revenue generation or to reduce costs

  • Collect, report and highlight any potential improvement to our product/content offering

  • Analyse funnel and revenue data in order to identify improvement areas and opportunities

  • Manage a global team of collaborators, contributing to their growth and training

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in a similar role, project management skills and ability to manage different stakeholders
  • Good quantitative skills and data driven mindset: proficiency with Excel and with other analytics tools
  • Fluency in business English

 Desirable

  • Previous experience in a web/digital company and in a flexible, dynamic and fast moving environment

  • The knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus, especially Spanish

  • Ability to work well independently and as a team, proactive team player

  • Self-starter, driven and results-oriented people person with a positive attitude and upbeat personality

  • Ability to communicate with confidence at all levels: strong internal and external communication skills, written and verbal
