Job Description

We are looking to hire an Email Marketing Executive to join the Retention team, and work on email campaign execution with the Digital Marketing Manager and CRM Director. This is a very fast-paced role and you will effectively be working on one campaign a day, therefore, to be successful, you will need to be enthusiastic about your work, commercially-minded, and have great attention the detail.

Your day to day activities will be varied and exciting, and you will be:

  • Devising and implementing email marketing campaigns, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimisation.
  • Creating email reporting dashboards and custom reports analysing campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to our email program.
  • Championing continuous advancement of our email features and capabilities including targeting, personalisation, and template development, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Staying current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong email marketing experience and knowledge, including strategy, implementation, analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
