Job Description

  • Responsible for coordination of client relations activities and materials including; distribution of project plans and meeting agendas, compilation of online and hardcopy client materials. Responding to general internal and external inquiries. Provide support to client relations team members and clients.
  • Prepare and/or assist with preparation and distribution of material for presentation at client Joint Operating Committee / Delegated Vendor Oversight Committee meetings.
  • Responsible for the phone queue and online inquiries. Provide support for training to clients.
  • Maintain client online shared folders and hard copy notebooks. 
  • Provide feedback to clients on general questions such as claim and encounter inquiries, appeal & grievance status, MARCH value-added services, etc. 
  • Provide support to Client Relations Department for special projects. 

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or one to three years’ related customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Healthcare experience beneficial. Must have one year of related experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, procedure manuals, and operating instructions.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
