Job Description

Preparation of monthly invoices for all commercial and industrial accounts. Provide professional support relating to customer information and contract administration. Provides assistance associated with collection activities of the company. Specifically this includes:

Gathers relevant usage and delivery requirements from various utilities in order to generate bills for commercial and industrial customers. Prepares, reviews and verifies monthly billing data for commercial and industrial customers and bills accordingly. Prepares monthly billing summaries and generates related reports. Provides technical support for commercial and industrial customer billing inquires. Provides assistance with monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable and collection process. Enters and maintains accurate data records and information in commercial/industrial customer database.

Qualifications

Positive attitude, high integrity, Basic bookkeeping skills Computer literacy with Quick-Books, Excel and Word Data Entry
