• Company is forming a center of expertise for the analysts and developers for their data conversion projects. 
• Company previously on Progress, switching to SQL Server. 

• Strong technical lead experience 
• Well versed with data conversions and the ability to look at the current process and recommend tools that would enhance performance. 
  
• Strong data manipulation skills as well as the ability to think out of the box and lead this team. 
  
• SQL Server.
