Work location - Vancouver, WA

Work week- 40 hours per week; Monday thru Thursday 100% on site, Friday remote possible.

Travel will be required. Travel could include OR, WA and Alaska.

Position Description:

• Performs a thorough review of all Epic Foundation Content and workflows for their applications.
• Assists with documenting/obtaining workflows, processes, forms, job responsibilities, and functionality of current state, as required for the applications.
• Maintains competence and certification in Epic software as assigned.
• Assists other teams with the development of future state materials.
• Assist with the documentation of a gap analysis between current and future states.
• Develops options and recommendations to transition from current to future state.
• Facilitates the definition of the Epic system configuration components for their applications, as applicable.
• Assists in the development of policies and procedures for areas of responsibility.
• Builds data fields, screens, templates, user-defined functionality, as required - when deviation from Foundation has been approved.
• Responsible for the documentation and tracking of all build.
• Defines reporting specifications.
• Participates in unit and application testing for system functionality.
• Follows the process for identification, tracking, resolution, and closure of all issues.
• Follows the change control process for any changes required.
• Develops subject matter expertise in respective applications.

Minimum 2 year’s recent EPIC Enterprise Hospital Billing (HB) Analysis experience.

Must have EPIC 2014 HB certification
