Position Description:

As the QA Automation Lead, your role on the team will include executing, driving, and implementing a global framework and roadmap that includes end to end automation for all business functions, analyzing and selecting new tools and procedures to enable automation within all technical functions (engineering, integration, infrastructure (system builds), and quality), collaboration with test data management team on new framework and standards, and partnering and integrating with service virtualization team. 

Required Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of technical experience with 4 years in software quality assurance.
• 2 years in a management/leadership role.
• Knowledgeable in QTP, SAP TAO, SAP Solution Manager, Jenkins, Selenium, Service Virtualization (CA Dev Test)
• Experience in engineering and development
• Experience as business systems analyst
• Experience in requirements gathering and documenting business processes
• Experience in automation with proven track record of process improvement and efficiencies gained
• Experience in global strategic planning and implementation of new technologies and practices
• Experience in global team leadership and proven communication skills both written and verbal
• 4 year college degree in IT or computer science

Preferred Experience:

• Integration experience preferred
• Experience with data management and service virtualization preferred.
• SAP experience preferred
• Environment management experience preferred
