Position Description:

The QA Architect will be leading a team (small team, 3-5). This role will be working on all products.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance processes including defining standards, methodologies, procedures and metrics used across engineering organization
• Research, propose and guide the implementation of testing tools and frameworks for use in automation, performance, integration, browser and security testing
• Drive test effectiveness and efficiency throughout the engineering team
• Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to implement best practices to build testability in to the product throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating nternal and external QA resources
• Communicate progress, risks and test coverage effectively
• Lead and mentor QA team members
• Investigate, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications regarding the application development process 

• 10+ years' experience in testing web-based, n-tier systems
• 8+ years' experience in designing and implementing automated test suites for web-based applications
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills including self-direction, coaching and leading change
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable automated testing solutions
• Experience working with application development tools, such as version control, defect tracking, build management and test management
• Knowledge of several of the following tools and technologies: Selenium, C#, SoapUI, Visual Studio, SQL Server, Team Foundation Server, Web Vulnerability testing, Application Performance testing, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
