Length of Engagement: 12 month contract

Required Experience:

• Intermediate to expert knowledge of OSX 10.6 -10.8 including command line administration of OS X from 10.6 – 10.8
• Intermediate to Expert level package building using Apple Package Maker
• Expertise on various hardware platforms including iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac Mini, iPad, iPod Touch
• Success in supporting and administering large implementations of iOS and OSX devices in a multi-location / geography environment
• Ability to triage, troubleshoot and fix problems and incidents – using vendor and third-party tools and technical support where required. Includes experience providing desk side and remote support as required via ticketing system Solid networking background
• Task oriented with a strong focus on meeting goals in a timely manner

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working on interactive digital experiences including touchscreen hardware is a plus
• Current ACTC and 10.6 ACSA certification is a plus
• Experience in a Retail support environment is a plus
• Intermediate level image creation and deployment using Apple tools, Jamf tools and DeployStudio is a plus
• Experience managing OSX & IOS devices via Profiles using Apple's Profile Manager or other solution
