Position Description:

As a Project Manager in Consumer Digital, you will bring broad experience of successful delivery of process and technical projects with sizable budgets. You'll be responsible for leading a cross functional team of feature and functionality experts across the technology and business functions to deliver value and enable customer experiences on the web.

Responsibilities:

• Manage changes against project schedule, scope and cost,
• Familiarity with SCRUM and SCRUM processes, including but not limited to facilitating scrum planning sessions, daily standups, and removing escalations for the team.
• Successfully manage project dependencies and constraints
• Consultancy approach to your work
• Team leadership and ability to inspire and motivate
• Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills

​Required Experience:

• 6 years of experience in IT with at least 4 years of directly relevant work experience
  

• Familiarity with SCRUM and SCRUM processes, including but not limited to facilitating scrum planning sessions, daily standups, and removing escalations for the team.

• Experience defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan including providing clarity on critical path tasks

• Successful management experience with strategy, risk, issue, communications, and other supporting plans such as training, resource, strength-weakness-opportunities-threats (SWOT) analysis, and trade-off analysis
• Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects and programs (more than 15 people, longer than 6 months)
• Successful track record dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes
• Experience in Lean process improvement efforts
• Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with senior management
• Proven leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly communicate with both business and technical audiences

Preferred Experience: 

• PMP certification or training is a plus
