Position Description:

As the IT Senior Security Project Manager, you will support Corporate Information Security programs.

You will be experienced in project management including building, executing and managing standard IT Project processes and fundamentals in a complex highly evolving work environment. The role has a high emphasis on driving large, strategic initiatives to completion. Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others. 

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience leading technology teams in support of Project Management solutions in an IT organization (Information Security expertise a plus).
• Results oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.
• Presentation and facilitation skills.
• Expertise of building a consensus across business partners and technology leaders, and influencing successful outcomes.
• Experience working successfully in a highly matrixed work environment.
• Track Record in building and sustaining a high performing program team and stakeholder group with clear accountabilities that are properly skilled, staffed and structured
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly communicate with both business and technical audiences
• Ability to work with local and remote teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
• Ability to pass a 7 year background investigation.

Preferred Experience:

• Project Management certification preferred
