Are you looking for that next step in your recruiting career? Ann Grogan & Associates is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter for our growing team! The Senior Recruiter will manage the day-to-day recruitment efforts and strategies, maintaining full interview schedules and engaging with candidates and our team on a day to day basis. The Senior Recruiter will incorporate inclusive practices and leverage their individual strengths by establishing a collaborative environment with our teams. This person will help define a quality candidate experience, effective alignment of skill sets and culture matches, and ultimately drive candidate retention. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with problem solving skills, a competitive nature and energizing personality - who can build immediate rapport and trust with hiring managers. The candidate must have knowledge of high volume recruitment in a call center environment and make proactive recommendations on seasonality, industry trends, and facilitate transparent reporting updates on staffing movements.
This is a commission based position with the ability to work both in the office with the team as well as remotely. High caliber of professionalism and hunter mentality is absolutely necessary to be successful in this role.
If you do not have a minimum of 12 months of recent recruiting experience this position is not for you.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high energy recruiting process
- Engage and lead recruitment process and overall site relationships
- Maintain a focus on quality hires through an effective interview process prior to presenting to hiring managers
- Run general information sessions for candidates with enthusiasm and excitement
- Ability to gather information on competencies related to candidates and work with hiring authorities on recommendations
- Oversight of recruiting process, and maintain staffing levels for all classes
- Oversight of best staffing forecasts for effective, efficient, and cost effective execution
- Facilitate transparent reporting to executive committee on KPI'S, SLAs and staffing trends'
- Develop and maintain effective relationships, maintain communication with managers to ensure successful recruiting and to promote employee retention through exemplary customer services
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demainds with the appropriate sense of urgency
- Ability to handle confidential materials/issues; including employee files, and salary information
- Discipline to oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all databases
- Ability to interact and communicate well with individuals at all levels of the organization and across cultures, including the ability to handle difficult conversations
- Must possess excellent wring and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and complete tasks timely
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems or issues by gathering and assessing information, taking advice and using judgement that is consistent with standards, best practices, policies and procedures.

Experience/Education:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in recruiting
- Bachelor's Degree (BS) from a four (4) year college or university preferred or equivalent
- Experience with high volume recruiting
- Experience in a call-center and/or staffing environment
Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Handle candidate inquiries about positions (update job postings)
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our client's hiring needs.
- Develop lists of qualified candidates to present to prospective employers.
- Continually be communicating with prospective employers to gain fee agreements.
- Actively work all open job orders and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Contact clients (phone and email) to keep them updated and informed.
- Coordinate schedules between clients and candidates.
- Keep HQ informed weekly of job board progress.
- Submit all billing information through ATS and to Accounting Department.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
MUST be able to use a landline telephone/phone through PC software to speak to clients, candidates and/or assigned by senior management. ‘
MUST be able to verbally speak without accommodations – face to face, through landline, through PC phone and/or other means required to perform job duties.
MUST be able to view computer screens for the duration of your work shift.
MUST be able to have video conferencing calls
Continuous sitting throughout the work shift
Repetitive movements of hands, fingers and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
Must be able to work standard office equipment: computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.
Must be able to read small print
Stooping and bending to files, supplies, mobility to complete tasks
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Must be able to handle stress
Work requires hand dexterity for office machine operation
