Job Description

Job Purpose:-

 The main purpose of HR ADMINISTRATOR job is providing the HR services to all RUSS staff in regards to Employees’ Relation; services & affairs, also to administrate & update employees’ records, GOSI & Payroll.

Principal Accountabilities:-

  • Employees Services
  • Employees Affairs
  • Employees Relations
  • Administrate/update GOSI
  • Administrate/update Payroll, vacations, timesheets, overtime, end of service process & calculations.
  • Administrate/update Employees Files/Records
  • Coordinate with Other Departments internally & external (HQ), Gov. Relations & Public Authorities.
  • First Point contact for employees on various HR related queries.
  • Receive the new joiners after the boarding to enroll with instructions and induction/Orientation.
  • Provide HR support and advice to employees explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
  • Enter data into the HR system and prepare management information reports. (Weekly/Monthly/Yearly)
  • Prepare necessary documents, scanning and distributing to the concerned staff.
  • Compose and distribute routine written correspondence from human resources.
  • Maintain departmental storage Filing systems
  • Document workflow and work procedures and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity
  • Maintain Human Resource forms and manuals
  • Provides necessary support for HR department.

( * ) This JD is  general boarder of tasks & not limited; might include any other required tasks related to HR functions. 

Communications and Working Relationships:-

  • Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation in HR organization as a whole.
  • Provide primary coverage to the department and manage the workflow in absence of co employees.
  • Dealing & communicating internally with all departments & externally with Bus, HQ, GOV.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English
  • Bs. Degree with 2-3 years exp. in same position or equivalent: Diploma with 5-7 years. Exp.
  • ERP Oracle knowledge -  HR Module is highly preferred. 

Physical Requirements of the Job  - If Applicable

  • Dynamic, Patent, able to work in fast pressure environment for long hours, willing to rollup his sleeves to make things & the change happened.
  • This job may requires very rarely travel to staff in projects sites.
