The position will be responsible for directing and managing this Division of the company.  This position requires extensive knowledge and experience in CP/Corrosion control design, installation and maintenance of cathodic protection equipment in the oil and gas industry as well as providing technical services to clients.

The successful candidate will develop, present and implement department work methods, guidelines and procedures to assist in maintaining and expanding this important part of the company.

Qualified candidates must have minimum of 7+ years of experience in the corrosion control/cathodic protection field. Experience with DOT compliance for pipelines and terminal operations required. Individual should have demonstrated experience in developing and leading a team of individuals. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision

Required experience:

• Must have extensive technical knowledge of cathodic Protection and corrosion control systems. 
• Must have extensive client satisfaction and client service orientation and experience 
• Must have broad understanding of:
  • Designing and estimating corrosion control projects 
  • Scheduling 
  • Planning 
  • Resource management
  • Document control 
• Must have minimum 15 years’ experience in progressively responsible positions in project management, at least 7 years of which must be in cathodic Protection and corrosion control 
• Must have experience performing the administrative functions associated with all aspects of the division 
• Must have proven leadership abilities

Required Qualifications:

• BS Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• Must Have Occupational License - NACE CP-3 or CP-4 or Corrosion Specialist
• 7+ years Experience in CP.
• Strong managerial abilities 
• Must have strong construction management abilities
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Strong computer skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and growing project environment 
• Must Have Valid Driver’s License
