1. ·         To instruct and supervises safety issues in all activities on site. Supervise     subcontractors and team at site regarding the safety issues.
2. ·         Prepare HSE plan for sites
3. ·         Work with the site managers in order to execute the safety plan
4. ·         Inspect all sites activities works, tools and equipment, verify that it is done according the safety regulations
5. ·         Responsible for approving all subcontractors’ safety plans and verify that all employees will participate in    safety trainings
6. ·         Inspect industrial accidents and safety mishaps
7. ·         Regular reporting to the Operations manager
8. ·         Any specific task assigned by the GM
9. ·         Contractual requirements for the H2S trainer are defined, however it is anticipated this function         
10. ·         additionally act as a liaison for HS&E matters to the BHIO HS&E Field Superintendent

1. Degree or Diploma 
2. Nebosh , OSHA or IOSH Certifications, 
3. H2S nearness course, H2S live
4. Aramco safety procedure
5. First Aid & CPR
6. Good Communication skills
7.  Confined space entry
8. Report writing & investigation
9. Knowledge of drilling
10. 3-5 years of  experience in the same position
