Job Description

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Recruitment Team Lead’s position is to ensure Rawabi has the necessary and adequate human resources to deliver its work; job vacancies are quickly filled and the selected candidate’s best match the needs of the position.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Implement recruiting process in line with approved policy and procedures
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
  • Conduct employment marketing campaigns
  • Manage potential sources for Saudi candidates
  • Develop relationship with local universities and training institutes
  • Work with hiring managers and interview committee to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure recruitment time cycle
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
  • Implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process
  • Manage external recruitment agencies
  • Manages talent resources in the Kingdom and internationally to ensure the company understands each of these markets and is optimally placed to meet its ongoing talent needs
  • Negotiate external manpower agencies, heat hunters and sourcing firms terms and conditions
  • Develops and oversees the operation of appropriate recruitment processes for different levels of job, including the use of structured interviewing and others forms of assessment to optimally ascertain candidates skills sets
  • Manages the search of talented manpower resources using computer based databases, networking, Internet recruiting, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
  • Directs recruitment and selection of employees at all locations; develops and maintains positive applicant relations and provides technical guidance to hiring committees.
  • Continuously monitors the recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance with professional and testing standards, and recommends improvements as needed
  • Develops and maintains external contacts to keep up with trends in talent acquisition and conditions of employment in the local and expatriate markets
  • Execute hiring process based on manpower request parameters
  • Other HR related duties as assigned by direct manager

Communications and Working Relationships

  • Interacts with all potential candidates and newcomers at Rawabi
  • Interacts with all affiliates managers and department heads for their yearly manpower planning and on regular basis to assess their recruitment needs
  • Works with Recruiting Unit Head on ways to improve the overall recruiting process
  • Interacts with external recruiting agencies

Qualifications


  • BA degree or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and organization skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in GCC is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language
