Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • The main purpose of Talent Sourcing Officer is to pro-actively identify and attract top talent across multiple business areas. By designing innovative talent sourcing strategies to targeting key talent pools and actively approach passive candidates and generate pipeline for current and future roles.

Principal Accountabilitites:

  • source candidates with a specific technology or with specific skills to build talent pipelines using social media and online sourcing techniques.
  • update candidate records and job pistons using Rawabi applicant tracking system
  • Manage Rawabi career page and online vacancies
  • Keep in constant communication with candidate on status as it relates to their candidacy 
  • Maintain database & records in MS excel for future reference and reporting
  • Analyze and conduct a thorough market research on the assigned roles/requirements/vacancies
  • Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities
  • Develop strong pipelines of candidates for existing requisitions as well as build qualified applicant pools for future needs.
  • Ensure the attainment of marketing specific staffing objectives form a candidate pipeline perspective.
  • Source active and passive candidates leveraging available tools including candidate database, internet based tools (including social media channels), events and employee referral program to maximize ROI for staffing investments.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies that include but are not limited to enhancing diverse recruitment efforts and implement a plan to adhere to business and staffing team objectives 
  • Maintain expert knowledge of brand marketing by staying abreast of best practices, emerging trends.
  • Continually increase utilization of programs and processes for the delivery of talent pipelines.
  • Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure that system folders, requisitions, job postings and applicant tracking guidelines are met for every recruitment need 
  • Partner with team members on staffing initiatives
  • Prepare talent sourcing reports and metrics as needed. Ensure all status reports and deliverd complete and on time 
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed 
  • JD evolve as per needs

Communications and working Relationships

  • Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation in HR organizaiton as a whole 
  • Be a fundamental part of the team and be passionate and driven to help deliver recruitment services to the business in line with agreed service levels.
  • provide primary coverage to the department and manage the workflow in absence of co employees.
  • Interacts with all potential candidates during the sourcing process 
  • Coordination with other departments (personnel/payroll/govt, relations etc.,) in joining/post-joining formalities if required 
  • Interacts with Rawabi corporate service officers to ensure proper coordination between the Recruiting Unit & Bus are in place.
  • Work with the Recruiting Unit Head on ways to improve the overall recruitment process
  • Interacts with internal and external recruitment agencies 
  • Interacts with potential passive and active candidates



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Possess a clear understanding of HR trends & practices to achieve business goals excellence.
  • Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completing of assigned work.
  • Ability to act accordingly to the sensitivity and confidentiality of the function
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and Web based applications
  • Must be comfortable communicating with people though email, on the phone, and in person
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong command on advanced internet talent sourcing techniques like - Boolean search, Google/Bing advanced search, Linkedin, X-ray search etc
  • Prior experience as a Sourcing
