Job Description

 The BD Representative has the ultimate responsibility for building and executing the sales strategy required to maximize revenue growth for Rawabi United Safety across the entire breadth of his Account(s). He should have “hunter” mentality, being flexible to new challenges and have the creative ability to seize new opportunities. He is a team player with good communication skills and commitment to success through teamwork while achieving personal targets and objectives. He will be comfortable at a client user level as well as executives. Dependent upon location, sales territories are either allocated on a geographic basis or as named accounts. 

• Carries ultimate responsibility for all opportunities across the assigned BD or region and drives sales across all Rawabi United Safety offerings.

• Coordinates closely with the International Sales Manager (when applicable).

• Coordinates product and solution sales opportunities with the respective Business Segment Staff and Specialists.

• Maintains a documented monthly opportunity funnel (CRM) that covers all segment opportunities validated by the segment sales.

• Maintains strong client relations across client organization from users through senior client executives.

• Maintains contacts and CVR (visit reports) in CRM for all his/her accounts.

• Maintains a living Target Account Selling plan (TAS) for all IM and IS opportunities and all opportunities above 250,000 Dollars, plus any opportunity deemed strategic.

• In charge of overall proposal preparation for all quotes, tenders preparation and finalization with assistance from Segment Sales who in turn is responsible for the technical documentation and solution proposed within the quote or tender.

• In charge of legal and financial negotiation of all RFP’s, tenders, and contracts in coordination with Legal and tax specialists. Final approval of tenders includes approval by the Vice President, General Manager or Sales Manager.

• Ensures contracts are in compliance with Rawabi United Safety contract policy and practices.

• Controls and approves monthly invoicing for current month and provides next month forecast to Sales/Ops mgr.

• Maintains four quarter rolling revenue forecast for all his accounts.

• Assist finance dept in resolving outstanding collection issues.

• Monitor competition, market share and pricing within his Account(s) or geography.


Qualifications

• Marketing specialization ( MBA or Engineering) 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Presentable

• 5 years of experience in Marketing Oil/Gas Industry ( preferably in Saudi Arabia)

• Negotiation skills

• Researcher

• Sales business development or marketing experience in industrial plants, refineries or petrochemical 

• Relationship building and account Management
