  • Accountability for the quality of activities during the release of deliverables to production environment, system test automation requirements, and execution. 
  • Managing development risks and resolving issues that affect application enhancement scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Measuring and monitoring progress to ensure application enhancements are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations.
  • Planning the development workload across different HR functions and different team members.
  • Communicating and adapting presentations to a wide range of audiences regarding goals, planning process, project initiatives, team innovation, and results.

    • Ability to inspire a team of test engineers with a software developer mindset and a passion for testing and test automation; solid experience with automation framework preferred.
    • Working familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle, including version control, build process, testing, and code release.
    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
    • Experience with database management systems and server management preferred.
    • Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices preferred.
