Born from a casual observation, in 2009, that casual clothing for endurance athletes, which expressed their passion for an active lifestyle, did not exist. Eventually this observation turned into inspiration and thus spawned {re}vici in 2012, the Premium Apparel Company Inspired by the Athlete in You. Since our humble beginnings of two guys looking to build a company around an endurance sports, we have expanded into the passionate market of CrossFit. We believe in what we design, produce, and sell. We live in it. We walk the walk.  {re}vici is a line of clothing which serves the CrossFit and endurance communities. To compliment our apparel, we also have a program that provides custom apparel for CrossFit and endurance events, gyms, boxes, and clubs called {re}vici Custom.  

Job Description

{re}vici is seeking talented, energetic, and proactive representatives with a proven record and the ability and desire to introduce an emerging line to CrossFit and endurance events, gyms, boxes, clubs and retailers. Willing to be a complimentary product to established book of business that serves the crossfit community. 


  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the sporting goods or team licensed industry.
  • Successful track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and comfort with a 100% commission compensation plan, specifically with emerging brands.
  • Ability to serve specified geographical territory on a day to day basis and occasionally travel to national events.  Candidates that currently reside in territory are preferred.
  • Passion and Integrity -- the ability to make commitments and achieve them.
  • Strong sales management background & cultural connection to the CrossFit community.
  • Self motivated, determined, creative, and organized
  • Strong presentation skills and relationship building skills.
  • Commissions paid monthly

Additional Information

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Represent the {re}vici brand in a professional manner at all times.
  • Effectively cover your territory to build relationships with affiliates (make in person visits, do WOD’s, attend events, meet with owners to learn their business needs, etc.).
  • Be able to answer all questions about {re}vici.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all {re}vici products offered to affiliates.
  • Sell products and programs that best serve the affiliate and {re}vici in order to achieve short and long term sales objectives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service. This includes daily in person checkup visits and calls. Ensure account needs are being met and issues are being resolved, share industry and market trends, and become a trusted resource.
  • Monitor and analyze account sales and make necessary recommendations to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop specific account strategies and goals as well as brand strategy, targeted against annual sales goals.
  • Provide {re}vici management with evaluation on event sponsorship requests and coordinate with affiliate to best capitalize on event opportunity/exposure.
  • Account management (returns, cancels, image product placement).
  • Establish marketing plans for given territory.
  • Develop needs based sales tactics that will ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Develop short and long-term account specific partnership objectives.
  • Identify and assist in developing new business opportunities and present to {re}vici senior management.


Daily Tasks:

  • Analyze sales information, assessing performance against goals and objectives and develop action plans and recommendations where applicable.
  • Identify and resolve customer problems.
  • Ongoing reporting to {re}vici management on business status and production.
  • Ongoing communications with both product marketing and {re}vici custom groups on brand needs for products, pricing, promotions, advertising, and merchandising.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction with accounts and recommend / implement corrective plans.
