Job Description
Construction Project Coordinator (Commercial)
- Vendor/Supplier sourcing and management CAD experience (minimal experience required)
- Capable of managing a detailed, fast changing equipment database.
- Able to source/negotiate with vendors, update Convenience store equipment list and manage the procurement process.
- Cost Accounting and Accounts Payable.
- This is for a major convenience store chain in the SE; experience coordinating multiple units simultaneously is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- College degree
- Three to five years’ working as a Project Manager or Construction Manager.
- Manage Owner Construction standards.
