Job Description

Construction Project Coordinator (Commercial) 
  • Vendor/Supplier sourcing and management CAD experience (minimal experience required)
  • Capable of managing a detailed, fast changing equipment database. 
  • Able to source/negotiate with vendors, update Convenience store equipment list and manage the procurement process.
  • Cost Accounting and Accounts Payable.
  • This is for a major convenience store chain in the SE; experience coordinating multiple units simultaneously is highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Three to five years’ working as a Project Manager or Construction Manager. 
  • Manage Owner Construction standards.
