Job Description

The Shakespeare Theatre in Madison, NJ is seeking an Assistant Patron Services Manager/House Manager. Responsibilities include the shared tasks of management of patron services staff, selling tickets and subscriptions, customer service, data entry, as well as house management, concessions/gift shop management, and volunteer management. Previous box office experience on a computerized ticketing system and/or house management experience a plus. Experience with Theatre Manager a plus. Must have strong organizational skills, customer service experience, excellent phone skills, computer proficiency, and be sales-oriented. Evening and weekend hours are required. Full Time/Seasonal. Qualifications
