Job Description

As an account executive you will be responsible for developing your account base. You will receive extensive solution sales and product training.

Daily activities will include:

  • Prospecting for new customers via the telephone
  • Scheduling face-to-face meetings with prospective or current clients 
  • Understanding client’s business needs and providing appropriate solutions to match those needs
  • Managing a database of current clients
  • Meet and exceed daily activity, sales and collections goals


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years technology and/or HR or similar B2B sales experience
  • Inside professional sales experience
  • College degree or comparable real world experience
  • Motivated self-starter and entrepreneurial background
  • Comfortable being measured and being held accountable to collections and sales goals
  • Consultative/relationship and solution sales experience
  • Positive and clear communicator
  • Fast learner
  • Successful history prospecting and penetrating accounts

Local Relationships are a major plus
