The VP of Product Marketing reports directly to our CMO, Bjorn Eriksson. This is a senior role that requires deep expertise in, and passion for Product Marketing. Your job is to act as a mini-GM and partner with SDRs and Sales to maximize our growth. We expect that you bring a full Product Marketing toolkit and knowledge of our buyer with you. This role is demanding, but the journey will be worth it.

You will:

  • Partner with CEO, COO, and CMO in developing compelling positioning. 
  • Own go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, competitive analysis, thought leadership content, and product launches.
  • Lead analysis projects to support go-to-market decisions. 
  • Drive our messaging through all kinds of sales and marketing collateral: from talk tracks to pitch decks and white papers. 
  • Be a strategic partner and leader for SDRs, sales, and product. 
  • Lead and mentor a small product marketing team.
  • Continuously work on improving content, collaboration, and execution. 
  • Oversee creation of product marketing collateral.

Qualifications

  • You have 8+ years B2B SaaS Experience, 5+ years experience in Product Marketing, and you love it!
  • You have expert-level knowledge of HR-tech, B2B SaaS sales cycles, and Product Marketing best practices. 
  • You can show great examples of how you expressed complex ideas in impactful sales and marketing collateral.
  • You are committed to being a great manager and leader for your team.
  • You have exceptional analytical skills, specifically ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries and deliver actionable business insights.
  • You have strong project management skills and ability to structure and prioritize work in a manner that best fits the team and company needs.
  • You have heart, and are open and honest. 
  • You have a BA or BS degree, and most likely a top-tier MBA.
