Job Description

The Customer Success Intern will be an individual contributor on a high performing team that is redefining the client-vendor relationship. We aim to win the hearts and trust of each and every SmartRecruiters user through a truly unique engagement model fundamentally designed to drive Hiring Success. 

Success in the role requires a team player approach, ability to work across different teams with disparate needs, creativity, and original thinking to proactively identify new and different approaches to renewing a high volume of customers every month.

The Customer Success internship will be unpaid and is a 3-4 month engagement.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work 25 hours a week in an unpaid internship
  • Genuine passion for helping clients succeed, and a deep sense of empathy for busy technology users
  • Great communication skills - able to provide clear & concise guidance through emails, over the phone, or in person
  • Able to efficiently switch contexts from responding to customer emails to giving a product demo to meeting with the product team about an upcoming feature
  • Relentlessly optimistic
  • Innately, understand how to balance advocacy for the company and the client
  • Attentive to the details that make service stand out
