Job Description

SmartRecruiters is here to make recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates more successful. We have built a fun and beautiful recruiting software platform that does just that. This person plays a key role in our marketing team. We have a rich story with a lot of love from our customers, and the word needs to get out there! Your job is to make sure our story gets told and re-told until everyone in the world hires better with us.


You will:

  • Build our audience and help make them into a following.
  • Be the heart and mind of our content engine - take our core narrative and tell varied, creative, compelling, and interesting stories based on it.
  • Write and edit white papers, blog posts, infographics, SlideShare and emails.
  • Establish and maintain a tight conversation with bloggers and influencers in our space.
  • Serve as the editor-in-chief by coordinating with internal and external teams to develop, copy/edit, and optimize content for its appropriate placement.

Qualifications

  • Passion for writing and commitment to excellence.
  • 4+ years of experience creating digital content such as white papers, ebooks, blog posts, web pages, infographics, presentations, case studies, videos, and webinars.
  • Attention to detail, organized, good project management (able to hit deadlines).
  • You are a self-starter and a solid team player who owns his or her success metrics.
  • Must have a strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Journalism, PR, or Communications is preferred.
  • Understanding of recruiting or HR technology a plus.
