Job Description

SmartRecruiters is looking for a top-performing Customer Advocacy Specialist, focused on creating and maintaining the SmartRecruiters customer community. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Customer Success and will work across our Success and Marketing organizations. Success in this role will be achieved by building strong customer relationships, driving customer communication, and ultimately discovering SmartRecruiters advocates.

You will: 

  • Own and execute of delivery of our Hiring Success Methodology i.e. You become our Hiring Success Guru
  • Build and execute customer programs and content that help drive engagement, adoption, marketplace sales, and retention
  • Own and drive customer communication programs such as customer webinars, customer newsletters, and other communication vehicles
  • Plan and event manage customer group events such as Customer Advisory Board and Regional Customer Group meetings
  • Maintain an active and engaged customer community

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, always looking for ways to take their programs to the next level, and a strong team player who takes great pride in the quality, precision, and measurable results of his/her work. Required experience and skills include:

  • 7+ years of customer facing experience in customer success and/or marketing, experience in advocacy programs a plus, recruitment experience a double plus
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder communications and engagement
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers
  • Strong abilities in program development and management. The successful candidate can creatively address customer advocacy programmatic needs and can show measurable results
  • Flexible, can-do attitude, with ability to thrive in highly dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
