Job Description

As part of the marketing demand generation team, you’ll be driving pipeline growth and the implementation of great lead generating programs.

Looking for a dynamic, energetic and results driven marketing manager to join the team. You will design and deliver end-to-end demand generation campaigns including a mix of traditional and non-traditional marketing tactics.

  • Develop the tactical strategy and then create and implement measurable marketing programs that drive demand for our product - through to marketing qualified leads, pipe and results reporting.

  • Expand promotional channels for our content through advertising, publisher networks, syndication, blogger outreach, partner marketing etc.

  • Report on campaigns in a timely manner such that the analysis helps optimize campaigns, helps sales drive maximum value from the outcomes and helps executives understand the ROI

  • Be fun to work with, flexible, and has the ability to always meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Experience with demand generation programs (email marketing, drip nurture campaigns, online advertising, content syndication etc.)

  • Experience leading a project from inception to completion and analysis

  • Ability to formulate analyses independently - to transform data into actionable information

  • Working knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce

  • Proven effectiveness with communicating campaigns to sales teams

  • Ability to write for engagement and conversion

  • Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Slides)

Preferred:

  • Start-up experience, specifically in demand generation

  • Experience in the HR, HCM or recruiting technology space

  • Experience with A/B testing
