It, therefore, becomes critical that these organizations learn how to 1) understand the key levers that contribute to hiring success, 2) learn how to effectively measure their results, and 3) adopt technologies that ultimately support them in this mission by making it easy to build an incredible candidate experience, engage their hiring managers in a collaborative way, and make recruiters more productive with an integrated, seamless platform experience. It is from this place that Talent Acquisition functions can start real business conversations with their leadership teams about the impact that hiring great people can have on their overall business strategy.
The VP, Hiring Success Strategy sits at the center of methodology, technology, and our companies. This role will develop the process and methodology of how to design and measure Hiring Success and put it into practice across global organizations. As both an advocate & subject matter expert in the market and a hands on consultant, this individual will guide companies (both prospective and current) toward understanding where they stand today and what they can do to improve. As technology pays a key role in delivering this success, they will additionally support the SmartRecruiters product strategy by defining key areas of investment which align to real, measurable results.
Key Objectives of this role would be the following...
Develop a clear, executable methodology for achieving Hiring Success and share it with the world. You will be an advocate for the organization both through online/written content and conversations in the market and with our customers and prospects - preaching the success of others and the steps for every company to get there.
Support our SmartRecruiters go-to-market organization with key prospect onboarding and awareness both before and after contract signature via virtual presentations, productized onsite workshops, and engaging research surveys and reports.
Deliver the Hiring Success value to our existing customers throughout their life-cycle with proactive, analytical conversations and workshops that evaluate their progress, provide actionable solutions, and support the measurement of the most meaningful KPIs.
Drive new & existing technology adoption strategies by reviewing usage and business process challenges across our prospects and customers, identifying ways in which the SmartRecruiters technology can support company specific requirements.
As the VP, Hiring Success Strategy, you will be the owner of all things Hiring Success and a customer advocate for change. It’s hard to debate simple math, and so if nothing else, finding ways to support our customers and prospects with measurable impact will be key. As such, you will need to:
Develop and document a formal Hiring Success Methodology to be leveraged across the SmartRecruiters organization and its customer base.
Support go-to-market teams with scalable, simple and impactful Hiring Success Audits, Assessments, and Business Cases that showcase the current state and future state of any given account
Provide customers with a success roadmap (and consistently follow up on it) which outlines key changes to process, technology, and mindset to drive improvement and optimization overtime.
Support our marketing and product organization with key benchmark reports and datasets that highlight our Hiring Success story and the story of the customers who have implemented and found success in the adoption of our methodology.
Deliver thoughtful workshops, certifications, and virtual education programs for customers of all sizes that take our HIring Success methodology on the road and into every Talent Acquisition function.
Act as a thought leader within the market, speaking at global conferences and events about our methodology and its outcomes.
Our perfect candidate has a passion for connecting people to jobs at scale and supporting companies in their quest to build world class recruitment organizations. Ideally, this means deep recruiting expertise, a technical/data driven mindset, and an appreciation for the complexities of organizations both large and small. As this position will be publicly facing, this candidate should be comfortable speaking and advising others in front of large groups, be open to travel on a regular basis, and, ideally, have previous experience in a strategic consulting role supporting b2b software solutions (HR Technologies a plus). BA/BS required.
