Job Description

We're looking for a demand generation and customer acquisition rock star who will own the marketing initiative to drive new leads in - and through - the marketing funnel for our products. If you're an expert, metrics-driven marketer who is all about building, testing, optimizing and scaling a customer acquisition and lead generation program - and can proudly demonstrate prior success - we'd love to get to know you. In this role, you will:

  • Build and own the integrated digital marketing program to achieve lead and pipeline targets 
  • Design, test and expand lead nurturing / drip marketing campaigns to move prospects through the marketing funnel 
  • Manage a direct report who will own hands-on execution
  • Work closely with the sales and account management organization on funnel optimization and lead scoring
  • Collaborate with marketing team members responsible for organic growth and customer engagement to ensure campaigns are in sync and on message
  • Track, analyze and report on program effectiveness
  • Manage the marketing database, including modeling, segmentation, contact acquisition, hygiene, etc
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across marketing, sales, design, engineering and product management
  • Educate key segments with breakthrough content and industry news to inform and influence audiences about a new and better way to hire

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in a similar role, preferably at a SaaS organization 
  • Strong career focus on b2b lead generation and pipeline development
  • Master at leveraging digital and content marketing to drive large influx of interest and leads
  • Marketing Automation (Marketo) and salesforce.com experience 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to support company's go-to-market strategy with focused marketing activities
  • Highly self-motivated contributor with proven track record of results
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work well as an individual and within a team
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
  • Personal drive and desire to continually learn, grow and improve
  • BA in marketing or business, or equivalent experience
