Job Description

The SmartRecruiters Marketplace is a game-changer in the SaaS B2B recruiting technology industry. For too long, recruiting organizations have had to play a miserable game of swivel chair integration when trying to make all of the components of their recruitment strategy work. Our customers look to us as their Recruitment OS and, similar to the Salesforce.com AppExchange, our Marketplace allows them to leverage us as their one-stop-shop for all of their integrated recruitment needs. Similarly, the Marketplace makes it dead simple for all of the Recruitment providers in the market to seamlessly tap into our customer base and provide immediate value.

You will:

  • Engage with new and existing customers to drive sales of marketplace partners (advertising, assessments, background checks, and more). 
  • Consistently over-achieve your quota while making customers successful
  • Drive product enhancements and strategy, to ensure customers can manage all budget, analytics, and track the true cost of hiring within the SmartRecruiters platform
  • Make the SmartRecruiters marketplace the one stop shop for all their hiring needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years as a recruiting expert who can build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key customers. 
  • Highly successful sales experience in Learning, Talent Management and/or HR
  • Exceptional sales performance history that can be confirmed through references and documentation
  • Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike
