Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a sharp and engaging individual to bring their superior organizational skills, experience managing internal business administrative tasks, and amazing personality to a rapidly growing company.

This role is perfect for someone who is excited to support a quickly growing Internet startup with a lot of energy. You should enjoy being busy and working on a variety of projects, because you’ll be working in a fast-paced, creative environment where the challenges are always changing.

Looking into the future, your responsibilities will expand as the company does - building and coordinating a larger staff, incorporating new processes and applications to the company, the sky's the limit!

This position is not for the inexperienced - we will need you to hit the ground running on day one as the "go-to" person, learning our systems, and applying your organizational skills to enhance and support the overall office operations of the company as it grows.

You will:

  • Manage procurement of all office supplies, equipment and furniture 
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Perform basic accounting tasks
  • Work with basic HR and finance related functions
  • Help plan and execute company events, team outings, holiday parties, and other fun activities
  • Manage our Monthly Meetups
  • Co-operate with and support our San Francisco team
  • Make the office an awesome place to work!

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience as an office manager
  • Great command of the english language both written and verbal
  • You are exceptionally well organized, honest, and reliable
  • Professional both in appearance and demeanor: friendly, outgoing, and personable
  • Proactive and assertive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities; anticipates needs and/or potential problems; initiate steps to resolve issues
  • A willingness to identify projects, dive in head first with minimal supervision, and see them through to completion with strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in Google applications (Gmail, google calendar, google docs and the entire google apps suite)
  • HR administration experience is a strong plus
