We offer a 100% Un-Capped Commission Structure, Personal Performance Bonus, Company Performance Bonus. Our belief is to reward performance-driven talent where there are no limits.



(Based On 3 Years of Staffing Experience):

Year 1 Total Compensation: $80,000+ (1.5-Deals Per Month)

Year 2 Total Compensation: $96,000+ (2-Deals Per Month)

Year 3 Total Compensation: $125,000+ (2.5-Deals Per Month)

Year 4 Total Compensation: $180,000+ (3-Deals Per Month)

Year 5 Total Compensation: $240,000+ (Deals Per Month)


Personal Performance Quarterly Bonuses: $2,500 - $10,000

Company Performance Bonuses: $2,500 - $10,000

Job Description

We have a rewarding opportunity available for a professional sales executive who is looking to earn an unlimited income through the sales produced within the Philadelphia market. This role is highly visible and will report directly to the Founder & CEO.


  • Develop business relationships with individuals who understand the importance of quality talent
  • Work in tandem with our Data Manager to produce the best sales opportunity 
  • Staff consulting, contract, contract-to-hire and permanent employment opportunities
  • Become a figure head within the Philadelphia technology community: when they think of you, it should be for staffing



  • Minimum 3 years experience in a sales-oriented role that relates to either technology or staffing
  • Must have sold product(s) and/or service(s) within the Philadelphia region
  • Must reside within the Philadelphia region
  • Must be well-connected with solid business relationships



  • Experience within a recruitment and staffing firm, specializing in technology roles
