Main Responsibilities:

  • Attract employers who hire technologists within the Philadelphia region to use our services and platforms
  • Attract technologists to our recruitment and staffing services and platforms
  • Promote client job opportunities and elite pre-screened technologists available for hire
  • Increase our growing user group community of 2,500 active members to 20K+
  • Constantly engage our target market with relevant content that leads to sales opportunities
  • Manage and direct all marketing strategies, including: social media (LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, Twitter), events, press releases, video, photography, etc.
  • Marketing budget

Must be local to the Philadelphia region and have a background in marketing from an online-oriented company.

  • Must have a background in online marketing with a high degree of success

  • Experienced working in a startup environment

Higher Level of Consideration:

  • Experience presenting and communicating products and services
  • Staffing & Recruitment experience within the Philadelphia region
  • Experienced with Google Apps for Business (Gmail, Gchat, Google+, Drive, etc.) 
  • Experienced with Asana
