Job Description

We are looking for two part-time self-starters to provide Premier Customer Service to Star Tribune customers by assuring accurate delivery of non-paid products.

This position provides field audits on Saturday and Sunday of Star Tribune controlled circulation products: Strib Express, TCV and Washington Post National Weekly.  Including verification that Star Tribune controlled products are being staged and prepared for distribution at the depots, and visual verification of products delivery as needed.  Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of field audit results to distributor and management.  Follow up directly with customers problems as necessary.

Qualifications

-    Demonstrated customer service and creative problem solving skills
-    Excellent written and oral communication skills
-    Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
-    Part – Time (20 hours per week)
      o    2:00 am – 12:30pm  Saturday and Sunday
-    Must have valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
