Staffing Selling Branch Manager will cold call potential customers, present staffing solutions to meet client’s needs, set appointments and secure new business. Additionally, Staffing Selling Branch Manager will train, motivate and direct a strong Staffing Recruitment team; manage recruitment processes; envision and communicate recruiting strategies; define sales benchmarks and goals; and maintain a healthy database of qualified candidates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Staffing Selling Branch Manager MUST have a proven track record of new business development as a Selling Branch Manager in the Staffing Industry.  We look for persistent, optimistic people who are successful in bringing in new accounts and optimizing team relationships as well as productivity with solid independent judgment, creative strategic ideas and highly effective leadership skills are very important.
