Job Description

Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC, seeking an experienced technical recruiter (part-time) to fulfill current and future corporate and government contract requirements.    


Location: Luray, VA


Duties


Performs a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organization’s staffing requirements.  Uses automated tracking system, identifies candidates from numerous sources, initiates ads, screens and qualifies candidates, and performs reference checks.  Primary focus is for Intelligence, Security, and Cyber Security professionals.  Key customers include DoD, DHS, and the Intelligence Community


Responsibilities


  • Proactively  seek candidates via internet, professional associations, and through direct      recruitment
  • Utilize social media to source and attract talent
  • Handle all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for placement in exempt and non exempt positions
  • Develop and implement hiring forecast
  • Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), Sources Sought to identify skill level requirements for candidates
  • Attend job fairs to promote the company and obtain a qualified candidate pool

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experiences/Education

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience recruiting and filling cleared positions for government contract positions
  • Familiarity with working with the DoD/Intelligence Community; military experience a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management, and Access)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively under minimum supervision
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently with a strong attention to detail
