Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC, is seeking multiple HUMINT Targeting Officers (Junior) for an upcoming opportunity.

**This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and able to obtain a CI Poly. Candidates who do not currently hold this level of clearance will not be considered.**

Location: National Capital Region (NCR)

Duties and Responsibilities:

The JUNIOR LEVEL HUMINT TARGETING OFFICER will provide identification of all related intelligence requirements for their assigned issues, as well as perform all-source research, develop collection strategies, data-mining, link analysis and social network analysis in order to identify targets, produce Target Profiles, baseline the target with all-source intelligence information, identify strategies and produce Placement, Access, and Accessibility (PAA) statements, as well as Lead Coordination Packets(LCPs) to drive HUMINT Operations Follow-on support is expected, to include RFI’s supporting validation efforts.

Experience:

At a minimum the candidates must have:

• Proof of specialized training and 2-4 years intelligence targeting experience or 3-4 years of military intelligence experience & equivalent intelligence/academic experience
• Demonstrated expertise with the use of Palantir
• Demonstrated experience conducting GEO Metadata Analysis
• Demonstrated experience conducting Pattern of Life (POL) Analysis
• Experience using ArcGIS or Google Earth
• Excellent verbal communication skills for briefings and presentations.
  

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree Preferred

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Graduate of the Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or an Intelligence Community member’s accredited Human Targeting Course
• Demonstrated expertise in tagging data and building networks using Palantir.
