The person in this role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of sales requests – including sample distribution, request response etc., consumer relations and invoice payments and budget documentation and updates. Person will also be key administrator for new item set-up process.

  • Organize and implement all Sales Managers/Broker requests in terms of product information, sales materials, and promotional items. Coordinate all new product samples to support launch of new items
  • Maintain and update all new and existing product information in system
  • Maintain and update all new graphic files including product photos, and all promotional materials 
  • Set up all new product intros into the system
  • Manage/respond to consumer requests and feedback.
  • Manage organization of key materials
  • Process all department invoices and document within budget
  • Reconcile budget with Accounting
  • Manage Logistics for artwork execution with printers and vendors

Qualifications

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years in a corporate environment, marketing experience, working in a team environment, budget experience, strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal, attention to detail, a desire to learn and a true passion for excellence and achievement.
