Company Description

Our client is a French multinational luxury goods conglomerate, looking for his/her Marketing Manager for a major luxury cosmetics brand in the Indonesian Market.

This role reports to the Brand General manager for Indonesia.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing plans, initiatives & strategies to build the brand and win the market share
  • Identify key priority products and market segments
  • Focus attention on advertising and promotion to support in order to achieve product market shares and ranking objectives
  • Organize and implement new product launches supported by effective touch points
  • Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ moves and plan proactive actions
  • Ensure accuracy in forecasting of new products and timely submission
  • Review and analyze product pricing strategy and competitiveness
  • Implement events and promotions
  • Collaborate with the sales team for all events
  • Close liaison with medias (print and digital)
  • Manage, develop & maintain customer relationship management


Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business administration from accredited institution
  • Marketing experience within luxury beauty industry - however other candidates with marketing experience within FMCG and other retail industry are also welcome
  • At least 5 years relevant experience, of which minimum 3 years with managerial experience
  • Excellent in English, written and spoken
