Reports to: Head of FSI (Financial Services Industry) - Banking
Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To support the Country Account Managers to drive our client business opportunity within existing Global Accounts
- To work on Asia Pacific deals that are up to USD200Millions size
- To be the Client’s single point of contact during pre-sales, sales and after-sales delivery
- To establish and manage effective business relationships at both functional and executive levels articulating the value our client can bring
- To participate in industry and business related organisations, society, conferences and other client related activity
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create Client Strategy – Develops effective strategic account strategies in order to drive profitable and sustainable growth
- Achieve set account targets – including revenue, contracts signed, customer satisfaction and profitability
- Execute Client Strategy – Responsible for implementing the strategic account strategy to maximize new service opportunities while acting as the client advocate
- Navigate Political Environment – Identifies, understands and leverages the political dynamics in the client organization and within our client environment to effectively achieve your goals
- Engage Senior Executives Through Thought Leadership – Establishes position of business advisor as well as creating potential growth opportunities with client executives by demonstrating thought leadership and strategic thinking
- Represent the One Face of our client – Creates opportunities for selling unique, value-added solutions
- Operate as a General Business Manager – Responsible for making decisions and performing the role to maximize operational excellence, drive profitable growth and minimize risk
- Create and Lead Effective Sales Teams – Leads, motivates and inspires virtual teams to successfully execute client strategies and tactics to maximize sales effectiveness and increase win rates
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in proactively engaging at Senior Executive level within client organisations
- Used to long sales-cycle (9 to 18 months on average)
- A proven track record in significant/complex consultative services-led sales engagements and multiparty negotiations with partners and Clients
- Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues
- Relevant degree qualification e.g. business, marketing, technology
- Demonstrates aptitude for innovation and appreciation of client business drivers
Preferable:
- Experience in Corporate Banking
