Our client is a renowned Global supplier of systems and services to the Aerospace and Defence Industries.

For this client, Timeo-Performance is looking for a Production Manager to be based in Bandung, Indonesia.

Reporting to: Operations & Material Manager

Job purpose:

• Structure the whole Production department activities to promote Production achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization to meet company strategic goal in OTIF, Sales and to ensure normal running of the factory;
• Define Production Strategy and the associate Action Plan;
• Define the smart KPI that will highlight progress, risk and allowed to anticipate Production issue early enough to found backup solution;
• Responsible for the deployment of required standards applicable in the whole production department.;
• Determine efficiency of the different production area and set up target;
• Insure that forecast head count and Budget target are respected;
• Identify potential Risk and mitigate them;
• Achieve required year over year cost reductions;
• Develop the utilization of the informatics system;
• Support material ops, EH&S, and meetings as required. Complete Ethics courses in the time frame as required;
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Maintenance / Production / industrial science 

Experience:

• More than 5 years Production Management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Team management abilities (200+ people to manage)

Knowledge, certification:

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia is a must
• MS Office and computer literacy
• Knowledge of MRP process
• Expertise in ISO
• Knowledge of NADCAP, AS 9100 standard would be a plus
• Excellent knowledge in planning
• Cost analysis and budget management skills
• CI
• A team player with both communication and analytical skills
