Our client, a successful Entrepreneur and Investor in Indonesia and Europe, is looking for a Property Development Manager, based in Jakarta.

Reports to: President Director of the Company (International environment)

The main objective is to identify the new development opportunities to the market linked to land acquisition (hotel, office, apartment, …) in Indonesia. The Property Development Manager will have to manage all property project developments until completion.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate the financial agreements and purchase lands
• Lead detailed project strategies and plans for development projects and undertake detailed feasibility and financial analysis of prospective projects, project tracking and evaluation
• Be the external interface with all stakeholders contributing to the development of new projects: property development managers, financial institutions...
• Be aware of the market (opportunities and threats) regarding lands’ acquisition: failed projects, lands under bank guarantee, lands under dispute...

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the property industry, of which 5 years spent in property development role in Indonesia
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in either Property development or Business
• Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must
• Someone with very high value of integrity in business
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation and decision making abilities
• Excellent time management skills
•  MS office proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
