Job Description – (You will report directly to the Managing Director)

 

  • Build and manage a portfolio of company clients
  • Hunt for new clients and open the door to new opportunities
  • Grow sales with existing clients
  • Grow the company and promote the brand alongside the company founders.
  • Present our services both over the phone and visit potential customers for new business face to face.
  • Support in the negotiation of new agreements and help close sales
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on our market trends
  • Represent Timeo-Performance at trade exhibitions, events and networking sessions
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Record sales and prepare reports for the Management
  • Review your own sales performance
  • Initiate contact with target individuals to discover current needs, introduce value proposition and qualify opportunity before passing to sales team
  • Assist with general sales administration tasks

Qualifications

  • A confident, ambitious and driven person.
  • A proven track record in a sales preferably within the service industry (recruitment consultants will be considered).
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
